In the 'note simple' application will find the description of the property, the owner and outstanding debts if any associated to it. This is for information purposes only and not a legally binding valuation. Keep in mind that the content of the 'note simple' application is pertinent only on the day, what happens after may affect the valuation. Nevertheless if the purchase of the property is to be carried out by means a Notary’s service then the Notary will be the person who will be responsible for the legal and financial searches on the property.

Condition of Service for Enquiries

We will send our observations by email in pdf format, together with the result of the Registration of the Property.
In cases where there are no official records of the property it is possible that Pisomap will not be able to obtain the information required from the official database, in these cases we will inform you as soon as possible of our findings (The exceptions can be that we may find information which might not be admissible as it does not comply with the provisos of the law).
The turn round time for those applications received before 2pm will be 2 working days. For those received after 2pm it will be 3 working day. (With the exception of those property registrations which don't meet the terms laid down by Law).
It is considered by Pisomap that although a solicitor would have a legitimate interest in the results, that which Pisomap does not take responsibility for is the wrongful use of the information obtained from us.
The report carried out by Pisomap.com, it is based on the ‘nota simple’ application but is for information purposes only and is not a legally binding contract.
The alteration and/or modification of the results are totally prohibited.
