Under the guidance of the Professional Association of Real Estate Technical Experts (Spanish: ETI), we apply the following code of practice:

• Honesty. Pisomap will check all the data and it will act on behalf of their clients in a honest and efficient manner.
• Interest. Pisomap will not compromise the personal nor economic interests of their clients.
• Other services. Pisomap will not undertake or be involved in any activities of any nature for which it is not qualified.
• Formation. Pisomap will continually strive for up-to-date vocational training.
• Remuneration. Our clients will receive all monies generated by the sale of their property without paying inflated fees of any kind.
• Our promise. Pisomap will act with the maxim possible efficiency with the object of avoiding risks and errors, and it will maintain Civil Liability Insurance.
• Integrity. Pisomap undertake not have any dealings on your behalf with persons who are not qualified in this respect.
• Partners. Pisomap undertakes to collaborate with other members of the industry and will lend professional aid to those who need and request it. Pisomap will not discredit the business of a competitor.
• Leave. Pisomap will not participating in any dealings with any other agents without our client’s prior authorization.
• Discrimination. Pisomap will not deny their professional services for reasons of race, beliefs, sex and age or origin country.
